New Voting Machines for Washoe County

On March 24, several WRW members took the opportunity to visit the Washoe County Registrar of Voters (ROV) new warehouse on Longley Lane in Reno and try out the new ROV in-person voting method that voters will use in the June primary and the November general election. The new ballot marking devices print ballots on demand, allowing voters to hold and inspect their tangible ballot before casting it into a vote center ballot scanner. The new devices were approved by the Washoe County Commissioners during their November 19, 2025, meeting.
