The Armed Services Committee oversees the NFRW efforts to support our troops and provides information, resources, and program suggestions to the club.

Creates the club’s annual budget. Reviews the budget at mid-year to assure finances are being appropriately monitored.

Reviews club Bylaws and Standing Rules every two years and makes recommendations for updates to both as necessary.

Coordinates campaign activities for the club. Keeps records of the hours that club members volunteer working on political activities.

Committee Members are elected by the membership to recruit a slate of nominees for Club Officers and Standing Committee Chairmen every two years.

Serves as counsel and gives advice on parliamentary procedure.

Liaison with CD2 U.S. Congressman to identify candidates. Present recommendations to the Board.
WRW OUTSTANDING STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP--- Katherine Hoffman
Recruit and select candidates from local high schools and present findings to the Board.

NvFRW scholarship given to a female college student in Northern Nevada. Recruit candidates who meet the scholarship guidelines.
