What I need is one lead in each county to oversee the operation in their county. Here's the kicker for
that person: As a management fee, he/she will be paid $.25 for each door the walkers knock on in
their county. Logan Gifford and I will oversee the whole state operation.
I will need the first and last name and email address of each walker so we can set them up with the
correct silo in Sidekick. You get them and email them to Logan or me, and I send them on to the
company. They, and you, will have to sign a confidentiality agreement with the company and also
provide a W9 for tax purposes. You, the company and Logan will make sure they get set up for the
training they need. Your job becomes making sure they're covering the areas that need to be
covered, that they have the lit they need to leave at the door, getting with local candidates to get their
lit to leave as well, recruiting people as needed to cover all the areas, and getting their checks to
them when they arrive.
Payment will be either weekly or bi-weekly. Still working out that part. Checks will come to me, I will
send to the county leads, and they will distribute to the walkers. This is a level of effort. There is no
requirement to be out there a certain number of hours per day or per week. They get paid for the
doors they knock on. The more doors they knock on in your county, the more you get paid. The
goal is to get enough people doing this to get all the doors done before early voting starts in October.
