Senator Settlemeyer is the Republican Minority Leader and a conservative bulwark in the Nevada State Senate. A “Battle Born” native of the Carson Valley, he is a fourth generation rancher whose great-grandfather emigrated to Gardnerville, NV from Germany in the 1880’s. Senator Settlemeyer will discuss expectations for 2021, and update WRW on the status of a lawsuit to void two tax bills Republicans contend need a two-thirds vote of the Legislature to be approved.

Lt. Colonel Mike Leonard is a retired USAF Command Pilot and author of the soon to be released autobiography “Turkey Shoot”, which covers, among other things, his 2 combat tours in Vitenam and assignment as a pilot with the 89th Military Airlift Wing, the “Home of Air Force One“
